The digital files created in our separation studio are used to engrave screens, with both rotary and flatbed screens engraved on site. A variety of repeat/screen sizes are available for both methods.
Rotary screens are engraved using state of the art CO2 laser technology, offering both speed and accuracy.
Our flatbed screen engraving process is performed via a micro mirror system controlling a high intensity UV light. The exposure head moves across the screen, data scrolling continuously to give an extremely accurate and seamless image.
