TEMPORARY PROCESS OPERATIVES
Due to the increase order book an opportunity has arisen for 6 full time Process Operatives to work within various production departments, including Prints and Post Prints. The roles are for a 12 month period.
Examples of key duties will include the following:
• setting up printing machines
• washing screens
• supplying colour for the print machines
• inspecting fabric as it leaves the machine and checking against the customer’s signed standard
• general housekeeping duties
Ability to work a 2 shift system, ie 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm is required. We also operate a number of different shift patterns to ensure social distancing which may be required.
Full training will be given.
Excellent eyesight and colour vision are essential.
Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be an advantage.
Successful applicants must be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong work ethic and an excellent timekeeping and attendance record. They must also be prepared to work overtime when this is available.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week on a shift basis.

The roles will involve manual handling in lifting/transporting rolls of fabric.
