An opportunity has arisen for 3 temporary Process Operatives to work within our Printing Departments for a 6 month period, and 1 temporary Operative to work within our Make Up Department.

Printing Departments
Reporting to the Print Supervisor, duties will include:
• setting up printing machines
• washing screens
• supplying colour for the print machines
• inspecting fabric as it leaves the machine and checking against the customer’s signed standard
• general housekeeping duties

Ability to work a 3 shift system, ie 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 1 0pm, and 1 0pm to 6am required.

Make Up
Reporting to the Make Up Supervisor, duties will include:
• operation of the parcel machine
• palletizing orders ready for dispatch
• recording of information,
• inspection of fabric
• assisting with housekeeping/painting and any other reasonable duties

Full training will be given.
Excellent eyesight and colour vision are essential.
Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be an advantage.
Manual handling of fabric rolls, colour, etc is required within these roles.
Successful applicants must be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong work ethic and an excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
These are hourly paid positions.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week on a shift basis
Rate of Pay: £8.72 per hour plus shift payment, plus 30 minute daily paid lunch break
