Rotary Printing

Rotary screen fabric printing involves pressing printing paste and inks through mesh on a cylindrical screen onto fabric. With four rotary machines working 24 hours per day we are the UK’s largest rotary screen printer, specialising in high quality fabric printing for the home furnishings and premium apparel markets as well as technical camouflage products for the defence industries.

We can print up to 21 colours on a wide range of substrates including cottons, linens, silk, velvet, wool, nylon, polyester and Trevira CS using a variety of different dyestuffs including vat, reactive, disperse, discharge, acid and pigment.

We are also able to print using various special effects, including paste white, gold, silver and copper metallic, pearlescent, foil, flitter and foam.

Although the majority of our designs are printed at 641 mm repeat we can also print at 688 mm, 726 mm, 820 mm, 914 mm and 1018 mm. The maximum print width is 68” (178 cm) and our print runs start from 300 metres.

Our machine profile also incorporates both rod and blade printing, ensuring we have the flexibility to achieve many different print effects. Utilising the very latest print machines, we are able to produce the finest detail possible and more closely fitting prints for the apparel market.

We also offer specialist high quality colour separation and design services and can guide you through the entire process.

Our distinctive artisan approach of fabric printing, as well as a cutting edge in-house design team makes us one of the finest printers in the world.  Our rich heritage and the wealth of printing expertise and knowledge amongst our team is exceptional and we employ only the finest, skilled craftsman in designing and printing cloths.

With a heritage stretching back over 90 years we are experts in our industry and we welcome the opportunity to work with individual customers on specific development projects.
